Description:

Hydrangea paniculata 'Rensam' (Framboisine) is particularly attractive due to its low growth and shrub-like shape, which is as wide as it is high (approx. 1 m). The plant is easy to grow in containers. Its branches carry numerous white flower heads that soon turn pink and finally an intense raspberry red. The flower plumes are very dense and 20 to 30 cm long. Framboisine blooms from early July and the colours it develops make the garden look attractive in autumn. Because the plant is small, it is suitable for smaller spaces or in the front of borders. Hydrangea paniculata 'Rensam' (Framboisine) is protected under plant breeding legislation and was bred by Jean Renault from Gorron (France). Sapho from La Ménitré (France) submitted the plant and also markets it.
